Facial Reflexology is a wonderful treatment for relaxation and rejuvenation of the face.
Facial Reflexology focuses on reflex pressure points on the face which help to stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms and help improve circulation and nerve conduction, encouraging release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system. As well as being relaxing and promoting well being, facial reflexology can be helpful with facial muscle tension which noticeably softens and lifts the face.

Gua Sha Face Lift Massage for natural face lift, relaxation and wellbeing
Facial Reflexology with Gua Sha Face Lift Massage while relaxing is also a credible alternative to botox and fillers to naturally lift the face. This works by increasing blood flow, lymphatic drainage and encouraging collagen production while also relaxing the facial muscles.
The treatment starts with hot towels and facial reflexology. This is followed by facial massage and lifting techniques using specialist facial tools including gua sha, rollers and crystals which also smooth the face.
The zone face lift range of products are used during the treatment, which were specifically designed for zone face lift professionals. They feel wonderful on the skin and smell divine.
Gua Sha Cranial & FaceLift Massage is a tool based treatment using various gua sha stones and crystals to massage and naturally lift the face while working over both reflexology and acupressure points. The cranial element also works with gua sha and a jade stone comb into the hair and scalp for added relaxation and lift.

Typical Treatment Sessions
Treatment sessions tend to be 60-90 minutes and are couch based.
For any of the treatments provided, I would recommend to come along wearing with loose, comfortable clothing. If you are having any facial treatment, it is best to come along make up free and remove earrings and necklaces ahead.
Single appointments are available to aid general wellbeing. I would usually advise a course of treatments (approximately four sessions) to help with particular conditions. Long term you may find that 4-8 week sessions booked are a lovely relaxing way to continue your wellbeing journey.
Your first visit includes an initial consultation to see what you hope to achieve from the treatment chosen and assess any medical conditions and lifestyle factors you may have. This to help plan the best treatment for you. All information will be kept confidential.
